This has been covered many times in the Zeroforum forum.
Though the quick version... first, you need to get your pics hosted somewhere, like imagestation.com. Then, in your post, you put:
[ img ] imageurl [ /img ]
But without all the spaces. imageurl is the address directly to the image.
