Couple ways:
1.) Sand blast it with a metal slag to make the surface rough. Then paint it with a heat coating (black or white).
2.) Sand blast it with glass bead to make the surface smooth and shinier
3.) Polish it by hand with a wire wheel
4.) That's about all I know of right now for being 3:00am and having class at 9:30am Other H-T.com people will likely chime in shortly.

That's probably never going to happen. Once they heat cycle enough they never really look good again. I'd go with the other guy and say ceramic coat it.
You can try a wheel wire also as he suggested.

Re: (AWDstylez)
wire wheel isn't going to last very long. after you clean it make sure you wear gloves or the oils from you hand are going to leave traces. I say just ceramic coat or high temp paint.

just call Ken and peakboost. He'll take care of ya. I'm having him do my manifold, downpipe, and dump tube all in the 1650*f silver HPC coating and the Turbine housing is being done in the 2200*f Black HPC coating. the Silver, shiney, coating cost less then the black. It's very affordable, and also works as a thermal barrier to help lower underhood temps and keep the heat in the manifold, were it belongs..
this is all IMO of course..

Take a dermal with a cloth polishing thingy on it and take some mother's polish and go to town... might take awhile for it to come out but it will. It’s going to be shinny until you let your car go threw a couple heat cycles and then it will turn the gold color. But make sure you wear clean gloves installing it or finger prints will show up on it.
