How do i know if a car can handle forced induction?
I would like to purchase a 350Z or 370Z i the future when i get out of college and get a good job....and i know they come stock but how do i know if a car is good for adding forced induction? and if i were to add forced induction on a car what would i have to replace?

usually if the engine has low miles it should be fine..
A compression test and leakdown test should be done to determine health of the engine.
Look to the greddy kit for your 350/370 and that should give you 95% of the answers your looking for.
Might also get better results on a Nissan forum like NICO or a model specific forum as you asking this on a Honda forum.
