im pretty sure you can get some good strong clamps at like a automotive store or a smaller owned hardware store, the big hardware stores clamps suck

NAPA has T-bolt clamps. They cost a bit more than the screw type but they can't slip. A good quality screw style should work most of the time though.

Are T-Bolts necessary? People on HT say yes, but when you look at alot of cars like the D1GP cars, they just have the regular worm type clamps.

Necesarry? Well im using T bolts and i havent had one pipe blow off in 7 months.

There not that much more than regular worm clamps. Just buy the damn T bolts so you don't have to worry about you pipes blowing off. I mean how gay will you feel when you lose a race because your pipe blew off in 3rd gear

Spend the extra $10-15 so you don't have to mess with petty ****.

Ya, they are overkill, but at only a few bucks more it's nice to overbuild where you can. Worm style ones are fine IF they are high strength/quality.
