reinstall smanager, remove all files and registry keys.

if it still wont work, try a different laptop.

i had similar issues with my tuning laptop. Cant really pin point the problem, but the laptop i used to use for AEM/Emnge/FIC/crome/kpro/smngr had issues with smngr during upload/download...
