Hondata s300 map problems

This is the error message I keep getting while trying to upload my new map. I don't get what the hell this means? Any help would be great. Thank you!

reinstall smanager, remove all files and registry keys.

if it still wont work, try a different laptop.

i had similar issues with my tuning laptop. Cant really pin point the problem, but the laptop i used to use for AEM/Emnge/FIC/crome/kpro/smngr had issues with smngr during upload/download...
