Here go to that link and read my post. You really should have searched, there are TONS of topics about this!!! There is no right or wrong answer. Either you wanna tune your car yourself or you want to just stick the s100 in your ecu, get it tuned, and then not fool with it!! Read Arturbos post at the top!!! Search Asking repetitive questions...that dont even have a right answer

answer the guy's question or don't post at all.
Hondata s200 is the popular choice, because it offers you more options incase you may need them in the long run. Such as Datalogging, Launch control, or full throttle shifts. The cost of the s200 over the s100 isn't that much as well..so it wouldn't hurt to invest those extra dollars into an s200. As far as fueling goes, invest into a Walbro 255 "Intank" High volume fuel pump and some larger injectors depending on how much HP you plan to make. Running some 440cc injectors will be sufficient up to around 270hp.

Haha oops i forgot to put the link in there! https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=753399 ok go there sorry bout that.
And BTW i DID answer his question. I didn't answer all of it (Part B) but i also didn't comment on it. I told what the S200 did and I told him what the S100 did(which you didn't ), plus I thought i posted the link which described it more in detail, so......yea i did answer it!!

What I want want to know
To run hondata I will need
s200
boost option
datalogging
romeditor software
emulator
pocket programmer
Can I keep burning new programs onto the chip(is this the chip installed by dealer?)
We have no hondata tuners here as I would be the 1st

Re: Hondata s200 v s100: Boost options and setup. Quick Q's. (TurboTeG4)
OT...ok i have a 94 rs and recently bought hondata but it is the older version (stage 2 w/ boost)...can someone tell me if i should sell it and get an s200 with boost? Is s200 THAT much better than stage 2 to just ditch the old version? I know that it doesn't support some of the features that s200 does but i'm just lookin to get it up and running. The features don't matter to me. I just wanna know how stage 2 would compare to s200 in tuning ability. Is stage 2 harder to tune than an s200? Whew...answers would help much!!!

The new version just have few more ability on upgradable..
As you said, you just have hondata s200 w/boost right and you just want to get the car running correct? Do you have all the hardware that come with s200 or no?
I mean pocket program, emulator, and rom editor???

i have the stage 2 with boost, not the s200 with boost. I'm gonna take it to church automotive since i do not have the PP, emulator or rom editor. Do i need to have those for shawn (tuner) to tune?
