Default Hondata s200

Was planning on using a s300 but found a s200 with all options locally for a fairly low price...simply boosting my ek with a wrx turbo. So what would you guys suggest, go ahead and get it or dish out the extra money for the s300?

Kind of new to FI.

s200 - tuning with an emulator, and burning chips.
s300 - on the fly changes, no need for chips. boost control and boost by gear available also.

S300 is deffinatly sweet, but if your not looking for all the stuff it can offer, then the s200 should work just fine. I am using an S200, and thought about upgrading to the 300, but for right now, the 200 gets it done.

I have a similar question, I was going to ditch my s200 for an s300 because I'm going boost, but I heard since:

I'm running less than 10psi
Stock motor
Will not use boost by gear
Will use a MBC

I can use my s200 without boost option?

Can someone please clarify this.

Thanks

No you cannot tune under boost conditions if you don't have the boost option. Just upgrade to the s300 in the end it will be cheaper and easier for you.

s300 is for sure the way you want to go. I guess id take the s200 if he was selling it for like $50. How much more will it run you to get the s300?
