Default hondata s100 tuning question

What is the best base timing and plug to run for a conservative tune on a stock gsr motor. I will be running precision gt35e, 780 cc injs. I would like to make 275-300 whp at >10psi.

Conventional wisdom is running towards, one step colder plugs, and somewhere in the neighborhood of .75-1 degre of ignition retard per pound of boost.

go 2 steps colder on the plug, gapped at .030. and .75 degrees of retard per psi on 93 octane.
