Hondata-- J12 what does it do

Default Hondata-- J12 what does it do

well hondata tells u to cut jumper/resister J12 what does that actually do.. a friend of mine didnt cut his and it ran fine

It allows the ECU the communicate better with the blue box when its removed.

You can tell when you datalog.

will the ecu still run my friends car (b16) with that removed.. its a p72 ecu.. i just wanna make sure the ecu works

As long as you are using an s100 or s200 then you should leave j12 cut. If you use it on an older staged system then you will have to resolder j12.
