Hondata and Emissions?
Since I have a 96 obd2 Prelude and I would like to use Hondata, when I get an obd1 ecu and convert from obd2-obd1, my obd2 plug will no longer work, correct?
Will I just have to swap ECU's, turn the boost way down, and just run like **** for a few days before I get my emissions done or what do you guys recommend?
If I get the s300, will that work in my obd2 ecu?
Sorry for the dumb questions.

I would go into the front office and tell them you dont have an obd2 system in your car anymore... that you have an obd1 system.
They could be dicks about it and say well they cant do anything about it (which is bull) but most times I have seen they will just switch the test process over to the BAR/ load test for older obd1 vehicle testing... then you test and hope your car will blow clean enough.
Otherwise like precisionh23a said, you will have to hook back up the obd2 computer for testing.

So there really isn't anyway to still retain obd2? Even if I go AEM EMS, I will still have to swap ECU's, injectors, and run like **** for a few days.
I may just have to look at registering my car in a county with no emission law.
