Default obd1 and obd2 same time for emissions

1997 del sol, intake full exhaust, some fuel system, few other mod.

now to the point.

I want to do cams and a tune, so I want to chip an obd1 ecu, but I need to pass emissions with an obd2 ecu, can I run the car on the obd1 but leave the necessary obd2 wires hooked up to run the emissions only, so that if a scanner is hooked up it will pass.

With an OBD1 ECU installed, the OBD2 port will always say no communication unless you get the simulator.

yes i know that obd1 won't ever put out the right signal to the obd2 plug but i want to also leave the obd2 ecu hooked up but not to things like the injectors and ignition, hoping that it will still put out an obd2 code saying that it passes emissions but run the car using the chipped obd1 ecu.

Just swap the stock PGM-FI system back in to run under stock ecu and pass. Ive been doing it for years. Stock injectors, O2, cat, map etc. I can swap it in an hour and pass same day.

i have found the pinouts of course and the pinouts of our ecu but of course the names don't match ect. also not sure if all the pin out of an obd2 plug go to the ecu. any help would be grate thanks.
