Hondata,Aem,Haltech........Knock sensor?

Default Hondata,Aem,Haltech........Knock sensor?

Do aftermarket ecu's such as hondata and aem ems utilize the knoch sensor or is it not used with these systems

i believe the AEM EMS does uses it, but the HOndata i believe does not

It depends on the user's preference. The aem has to be set up to use the knock sensor and with hondata, the ecu's that support knock sensors have the option to turn it off.

Yes, the AEM does use it. And you can set up custom knock tables....more or less sensitive depending on your setup.
