is there any different between a color silver versus blue box?

the silver boxes like mine are the OLD ones, well about a year old anyway.
the new boxes are smaller and they're blue with a little led, they use a different cable and connector on the relay box. they all work equally as well.

Hmm... That ones missing the pretty colors. I wonder if that is part of the price reduction or if Doug and Robert are just to busy to wait for the anodizer.?.

It also has a *green* LED instead of the usual red one.

The silver ones are VTEC 2.0 compliant and cause VTEC to hit much harder.

ha! or just call it "special edition" to make you feel you aren't missing something but rather getting something special and different. i like my blue box

sgT is correct. That's all they had at the time. The option was either take the silver box or wait a long time for the blue box. Since the box is not going to be seen by anyone once it's installed, I opted for whatever that had available.
