honda injectors - boost
hi.
im planning a ghettorig on turbo for the d series, its obd2,
so im just wondering if the lude or integra injectors on 0bd2 will fit in a d16y7 or 8 intake manifold and if they would be plug and play?
no flamers please.
what other fuel considerations would i have to make involving the pump rail and regulator?

I am no D series guy but what about DSM 450cc injectors? I know they work for B series. If you search d16y7 injectors you shoudl come up with something.

Re: honda injectors - boost (RedTegLS)
i beleive those injectors are peak and hold while the obd2 injectors are saturated.
i dont want to rig up a resistor type system. im looking for more of a plug and play deal!

At 1st I tired with prelude 310cc peak&hold injectors, and as for size, they are completely same size. Only thing you need is resistor box (and connectors as they're different for peak&hold and saturated).

Re: honda injectors - boost (nickromeo)
dude thats cool that they fit? but what year injectors did u have to use for them to be peak and hold?
i want to avoid doing the extra work of having a resistor box and just plug in something saturated?
will 97 up lude injectors work the way i would like?
are they the same size as 97 down as u are suggesting?

It was from Honda Prelude VTEC '96. Some claim they are 345cc, but from what I've found they are actually 310cc.
And yes, the size is the same as 240cc, even the rings fit from each one to another. Only different thing is connectors, due to them being peak&hold vs. saturated.

Re: honda injectors - boost (nickromeo)
you could try using 88-91 purple top mazda rx7 injectors, one tiny bit of plastic to take off and they should fit right in! They are 550ccs
