Something just isn't right here. With the way horsepower is derived from torque, I do not see how it is mathematicially possible that you have those HP numbers, for those torque numbers. For example, the horsepower and torque curves ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS have to cropss at 5252 rpm, without question. Here, they aren't even close.
I hate to say it, but something is SERIOUSLY wrong over at that dyno.

they are just on different axis'. go to 5252 on the torque curve an look to ur right. its 140, then go to the hp curve and look left. it is also 140.

thats what I was clueing in on. But he said he watched the guage and saw no spike. the best way to tell would be by looking at a datalog of the runs.

unless that's a 60-1, those numbers are not possible with that boost level. You have boost creep issues and that is indicated by the torque curve escalating towards redline. If boost were consistant, so would the torque. Those are 10psi numbers. Its not like boost creep and a DRAG style manifold are exactly strange bed fellows...

Its supposed to come with the B housing turbo, but with a drag turbo kit you only know that you are going to replace the oil return line, and that you are probably going to have boost creep

I beleive Jason showed me your sheet on the computer. Good #'s! I originally had my doubts, but Tempest definetly proved themselves to me!
