Default hmmmm....change the stroke on the motor?

i was thinking....well a friend and I were. How about you take a b16 motor. .. then take a b20 crank and put her in. with custom rods and some pistons and youd have a 2.0L would you not? the rod ratio would be **** and you could only rev to like 6500 rpm but there would be crazy *** torque and it would be fun. hmmmm.
just a thought. I wouldnt do it to my car. THis would maybe be a little something on the side.

I'm not sure on this, but I think just dropping the b20 crank in a b16 will more closely yield 1.8liters. You'd have to shorten the rods quite a bit to make 2.0liters. This would throw off the geometry waaaaay too much...

I don't think it's a good idea.

If I'm wrong someone please educate.

i think it will work! like i said...the ratio will be total ***** and you can only rev to like 6 grand...basically it will be NON honda like.....aahahhaa...
i dunno,,,,maybe if i get some spare cash and have nohting to do withmyself.

You'd be a million times better off just using a B20 block.......what would the point be of using the B16 block? Im missing something.
