sorry i had to repost this, since on my first post i wrote EBC instead of EVC and i don't know if they mean the same.

what other parts does the EVC includes when buy new? how can you tell if it's still in good condition if it's not in the car anymore?

the evc comes with the head unit, solenoid, and harness, if you're lucky the guy will give you the mini air filters for the solenoid (should be two of them).
only way to tell if it works is to hook it up.
