Hit it in 4th and BING BING BING!
Hey guys, so the motor is fine (thank god), but I hit it in 4th the other night for all of a second to merge onto the highway, and I guess all this new boost to my car finally broke some stuff....
I hear a loud bing (metal bouncing off each other sound) and realize I have no AC or PS anymore. I got home and BOTH belts are still in the engine bay, but the AC tensioner pulley came off, hence SOMEHOW knocking the PS belt off?
Anyway, I am going to replace both belts, but as for the AC tensioner pulley, the round pulley itself is laying down in the engine bay (not sure how it didn't fall to the ground) and it looks like the bolt holding the adjuster came out (gone). Anyone ever experience something like this before who has kept their AC? I guess its just something I overlooked when I built the car and didn't check the make sure that bolt was tight.

The bolt that holds the A/C pulley on should be tightened only by hand, and not an impact gun, up to (I believe) 15-20ft/lbs (please correct me about the torque if I'm wrong. ) It's a special bolt that has a unique pitch to it. I lost one of those myself.

Well this was the tensioner pulley, not the pulley thats directly attached to the compressor. I am missing parts 14 & 15 from this...but it looks like theres a threaded hole that a bolt came out of to, and I do not see the bolt in this diagram from Sons. I believe it would be a bolt holding part 13 to part 14 or holding part 14 to the compressor?
