Hey just a question, more of a request for opinions..I have a d16a6 crx, with 180,000 miles on it, and i was wondering if its recommended to be turboing it now? will it just kill whats left of my poor little a6? or will mileage not be an issue if its tuned right?
I plan on just running low boost(6-7psi) on a t25 or something small

Motors are dirt cheap so if she blows just buy another one for a couple hundred bucks. I know a few people running boost with very high milage.

 

so you dont think a little t25 at like 6psi will be too much for it?

 

compression test it first, just check to see if the motor is "fit" enough for boosting.

I agree with the above also (since they are extremely cheap)

I seriously doubt the t25 @ 6 psi will harm it at all though

 

Turbo it, the motor is a hell of a lot cheaper than the turbo... whats the worst that can happen?

 

I boosted my car at 175,000 miles

Currently at 185k, no problems
