High Comp H22a4 + 100 shot N2O ???
11.5:1 cr JE pistons
GE sleeved block
timing retard of three degrees
VAFC
FPR
NX Direct Port Kit jetted to 100 shot
Does anyone have experiance with this setup or something similar? my concerns are that with 11.5:1 cr a 100 shot will just be too much. i know of people running a 55 shot on the same setup and they do just fine. but just how much will the extra 45 HP shot heat everything up? i would rather not put a hole in my new pistons or burn up my exhaust valves right after i get it all done (six months later is fine though )

you will be fine,AS LONG AS YOU CAN FEED THE FIRE"MEANING FUEL PRESSURE.
i have a friend that i sold my tract car to,he put a ls/vtec in it compression is 11:5:1 with a 150 shot running 90lbs of fuel pressure.the car weighs in at 1810 with him in it and that is with heay si wheels.it ran 7.11 w/ 1.5 60 ft.
for those of you that are going to start flaming, come down and i'll make a believer out of you.the car is down right nasty, hasn't run it in the 1/4 yet.but my guess lo 11's or high 10's.

93 octane daily, 110 race (or for fun)
i am afraid that will keep me to the east coast though since it is hard to find anything over 92 out west. my parents live in NM.... no clue what they have there.
i could always keep a can on toulean in the car lol.

Re: (RyanCivic2000)
no upgraded Fuel system except for the rail and FPR as of yet. when i take her to the dyno i will see what i can get. if i cant get the fuel pressure up enough in the first hour then i will get a new pump and take her back.
right now the engine is stock internally. once i put the clutch in then i will start using the nitrous system. if it blows, who cares. i will be rebuilding her in about four months reguardless.

all you have to do is get a b&m command flo-reg,or what ever floats your boat.turn the fuel pressure up.my buddy is running the gas and he is running a 150 shot with 90 lbs,and it is very impressive.so i'd say for you about 70-80.your gas mileage will go way down,BUT IT WILL DEF. PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE.
good luck.
good luck.
