You can probably run 6-8 without being in immediate danger of blowing anything up.

9 on pump gas..and 12-14 on race gas is usually safe

well its usually not deterrmined by psi...more of a power level...psi is one thing...cfm is a whole nother ball game...7psi through a diesel turbo is not the same as 7psi through a t25...catch my drift?

its all about tuning as many will tell you...geoff from full race is putting down 500+ whp on his stock gsr block

relaibile power on any bseries is usually cap'd out at around 300

add rods and pistons and you can get around 400-500 on stock sleeves...yes i said stock sleeves

this is all assuming your using a good tuner

YOU CAN DEF RUN UP 2 LIKE 27.6 PSI ON A STOCK LS. YOU WILL BE STREET KING YO. IT WILL LAST 100K TOO. U AINT NEED NO FUEL MANAGEMENT AT THAT LOW BOOST LEVEL TOO YO.

get a low compression head gasket and a block guard.........and get that **** tunned right...all the psi wont matter unless it is properly tunned.....
