Default hesitation and lean condition -- part throttle (~10inHG) and ~3000rpm

first off, yes i searched, but the were no solutions in the archives, only others sharing similar problems.

anways, when i am driving around town, as i approach 10inHG at about 3000rpm, i get hesitation/studdering almost like it is misfiring. this happens in all gears at roughly the same pressure/rpm. i look at the techedge and it reads very lean. the weird thing that confuses me is that if i give it a little more throttle, ~5inHG, the hesitation/studdering disappears. any ideas?

from reading the archives, i read that people tried replacing spark plugs, o2 sensors, or more tuning but nothing seemed to work for the majority of the people with a similar hesitation, sometimes it worked for someone and sometimes it didnt work. anyways, here's what i plan on doing, first i am going to re-gap/change my plugs (ngk3330). if that doesnt work, then i am going to add more fuel to that area of the map in uberdata. if that doesnt work, i am going to get a new o2 sensor. any other suggestions? please let me know. thanks for reading.

Try setting your fuel cut higher in Uberdata. Uberdatas base setting is 24... I have found alot of the cars I have tuned like 28-32.

I am actually having the exact same problem in my turbo gsr. I just changed to a new set of NGK plugs, but that didn't help. I'm going to check the CELs in a little while and see what codes i'm getting. I will let you know if i find anything.
