You could be spiking a little bit which would cause the map sensor to throw a code; therefore, putting your car into "limp mode." I would take it back to a tuner and have he/she make the analysis of the problem...it sucks, but that's probably your best bet.

pull the cel's and find out what is stored then report the code to us. what is telling you that you run 10 psi...that shitty autometer guage or was off a datalog? autometers are nto the best hting and can be off. youm ay be running more and you map sensor is pissed at you!

yes, all dsm 450cc injectors require resistors/resistor box.

that wont effect vtec but dude..you gotta fix that. they require a resistor for a reason. the only things that can effect vtec are low oil pressure, cold oil temp, or if you get an open for either the rpessure switch and/or the solenoid. i have never heard of an obd-1 car going into limp mode. i have had some serious probs with cars before and my hondas have never gone into limp mode.....however if the map sensor is expletiveed your car will suck at life.....and you will think its in limp mode!!!

Are u running a stock map sensor? if so, u are getting that check engine light probably from that when u hit boost. If so, run some fish valves or get a missing link. U could overheat and smoke your ecu out if u dont use a resistor box with those injectors. I think there is a video on Hondata.com about that.. check it out. good luck

its not your mad vtach y0 ! its your fuel.

go to radioshack and pick up some 10omh 10w inline resistors and wire them in on the yellow/black injector wires. or find a write up on how to do the resistor box.

Try fixing your spelling! Check your injectors or your A/F ratio.

has anybody confirmered this thing is tuned t all?

If it is tuned, ur probably hitting ur boost cut.

If its not, u shouldnt be driving the car anyways.

If u ask me, its not tuned at all.Thats just a gues tho.

It must not be tuned, because any good tuner would see those injectors and tell him he needs a resistor box ...what ecu and managment are you running?
