I have this piece just sitting at my house. The words on it are "GARRETT" and "M-3" "PT 5". It looks like a wastegate housing to me. If you need me to I can take more pictures.

I just need to know what it is... Then I'm left with selling it.

 

its a o2 elbow off of a saab or volvo or something. it just connect to the exhaust side of a turbo and then connects to the downpipe. good luck selling it, not many people have a use for those. but its always worth a try

 

Wastegate assembly someone doing a internal gate would want it.
