HELP: VICTOR X Throttle cable ?
Ever since I switched to the victor x I tried to modify throttle cable brackets to get the right tension and nothing has worked. The car is practically done but if I put the cable on the mount thats near the injector wiring on the side of the engine bay(drivers side) stock mount the pedal is really stiff and it feels like there is a ton of friction. It just feels way to stiff for some reason. Im using the stock ls throttle cable. Help asap would be appreciated thanks guys

Re: HELP: VICTOR X Throttle cable ?
im using the stock throttle cable bracket with my Victor X and using a Type R throttle cable.
If your using a aftermarket fuel rail the stock bracket may not fit correctly due to the size of the fuel rail! This happened with my Golden Eagle fuel rail so I went with the skunk2 composite.

It suck having a RHD car because I have to have that long *** throttle cable that comes all the way around in my engine bay.

Re: HELP: VICTOR X Throttle cable ?
anybody willing to post pics of their custom brackets? I like the stock look but seeing as though I had some trouble I might have to do a custom bracket.

make sure your cable isnt routed in a way that it would bind on itself (like if you are forcing the cable into a sharp bend) i would not use that bracket that mounts to the shock tower anyways, throw that out !
