Default help with turbosmart dual stage boost controller problems??

Ok i took out my inline pro manuel to try this boost controller out from a buddy so i can run powerstreet on drag radials.. I was hoping to be able to run 12-15lbs in 1st gear and possibly 2nd, then 23lbs in 3rd,4th,5th.. On 23 psi and on my drag radials i spin violently and can't manage but a low 2.1 60ft on slicks its butter..

Right now my acrobat reader or whatever is'nt working right to look at the instructions from turbosmart.. I basically hooked up the blue wire to power and the brown wire to ground into the switch.. My wastegate spring is 10lbs, so with the low setting turned all the way down i'm stilling getting 15 psi with about 1 psi higher in 1st and 2nd.. I cranked the higher boost setting way up and it reads the same number.. Here is the tricky part with the wiring unhooked but the vacuum lines still hooked up my boost will spike like my WG don't work and i gotta let off quickly.. Put my inline pro controller in its butter.. I did hear to run the vacuum line to vacuum before the TB but i got mine off of the vacuum manifold from the IM vacuum source..

Any have 1 of these or can help me out??..
