i know someone with a gt turbo pt with stage2 jetchip,exhaust,and intake. they have a problem with the turbo lagging on take off and in the low rpm range. can anyone tell me how to prevent this?

stock 2.4 liter turbocharged pt cruiser with automatic transmission,stage 2 jet chip,air raid intake,btg axel back exhaust. The car when it was brand new when you stomped it, it would sit u back in the seat. Now when you stomp it it takes a second to spool up but doesnt really sit you back in the seat now. Its a stock turbo,stock itnernals,stock everyhting but the intake,chip,ad exhaust. The engine is exactly like the one in a srt-4,it is the same engine.

Check the FC Sensor on those PT Cruisers. Always go bad and affects the turbo.
