I dont think its the turbo tho, still good spool and I just had the intercooler off and it looks fine inside.

 

Bump from the recent dead. What ended up being the problem? I'm having identical problems. I haven't changed the o2 sensor yet, so I'm still assuming it's that. However my setup has also been tuned for 22k miles, so it COULD also be the tune like you were suggesting. I just find it odd for a tune to go bad all of a sudden...
