help with power curve
setup is
b18c
9.1 83mm cp, eagle rods, sleeved block, rev valvetrain, inline pro t4 mani,
60-1 cold side, precision .63 hot side at 17 psi
my power drops off as you can see. is this normal? i have a stock intake mani and tb.
also im using a 9x24x3 ebay intercooler. i was thinking it was that. any thoughts?

What is this crap?
Re: help with power curve (vesperfx)
if the fuel is there, then it's all about moving the air, so yeah intake restrictions, and exhaust backpressure after the turbo... if you have an exhaust at all...

with how late that spools, i'd imagine you probably have a boost leak of some sort, or a wastegate diaphram issue.
that turbo spools faster on a b16

Re: (Turbo-charged)
when i first read your post i thought you had a 60-1 turbo. after rereading it it sounds like you just have a .60 compressor housing which is standard on a TON of turbo's.
do you know exaclty which turbo that is?
this is a 60-1 on a b16 on pump gas.
inline pro manifolds will usually pick up some power down low by raising vtec substantially from where you have it.

it was something thrown together by a friend.
its a garrett 60-1 compressor wheel and housing with a .63 precision turbine wheel t4 housing.
where do you suggest raising vtec to?
