Default help with possible timing issue and code 7...

Ok...i just recently got my car up and running.
B16A,T3,450's,Uberdata
(keep in mind that my timing belt tensioner failed on me and the belt came loose at 4-5k while reading the below, also...i was reading 9psi at the gauge with no feeling of boost before the belt came off...so the timing belt didnt cause the problem im having)
I took it for a test drive around the block a few times (out of boost) and everything seemed to be ok, air/fuel ratio included.
so then i went for a drive with goals to gain boost...
the gauge reads about 9psi (.6bar gate , gauge tapped off of intake mani)
but the car doesnt go anywhere...the feeling doesnt change whatsoever...i cant feel the out of boost > in boost transition.
the motor itself doesnt seem to "spool up" or "wind out" as fast as it used to...like, it doesnt go through the rpms as fast as it used to N/A...
it doesnt seem, feel, etc like any valves are bent..compression results are about 145-150 across the board.
also have a code 7 (TPS) that i cant seem to get rid of...could this be putting my engine in limp mode?
i can hear the turbo spool up and everything but,
It just doesnt feel right at all.
Im only running off of a uberdata basemap...but it should allow my set-up to be fully functional...just untuned correct?

thanks for any help.
