help plz im noob to FI

when it says 3in. inlet and 2in. outlet what exaclty does this mean. will a 3 in. exhaust hook up to this?

thats for the compressor side of the turbo.. 3 inch inlet is where the air comes in. 2 inch outlet is where the air comes out... completey different part of the turbo than you're referring to
