Default help please

hi my name is mike and i own a 1999 honda sir and i want to put a turbo kit on it but i dont want to spend a huge amount of money. if there is a way i can piece out a kit and what kind of turbo is good for a day to day driver im not into racing, but if i wanna i want to be able to beat a 5.0 mustang for instant.
