Default help.....overheating!!

within like 15 min of driving, not tearing the car apart, the temp is higher past the H, i just put on my turbo kit yesterday, does anyone now howto fix this?? Also it idles weird, it jumps from 1rpm to 1.3 rpm could this be because of the over heating? I was thinking because i ran coolant hose to it with just coolant in it that it could be the problem, should i run with water instead or a 50/50 mixture, Anyone know of a way to help this??

Im assuming you probably dont have the coolant system bled properly. And yes, run 50-50.

Bleed it! When my car had a coolant leak it would start to get that erratic idle when the coolant got too low and had air pockets.
