Default help with oil catch can quesiton

ok.. my car will hopefully be finished today (88crx with ls turbo setup).. i was wondering.. do i need an oil catch can setup? currenly i have no line running from my charge pipe to my valve cover.. i was just gonna stick a breather on the valve cover... but a friend said i needed the vacume line from imy charge pipe to valve cover... i was thinking about it... wouldnt that pressurize the crankcase under boost? there isnt a 1 way valve in there.. so how would that help? let me know if im seeing this wrong.. and the right way to set it up. thanks in advance

You're right and your friend is wrong. As soon as boost starts to build, it will create positive pressure in the crankcase which is obviously bad. Look up one of the many catch can threads, they'll tell you what you need to do.
