do this . . . . first off do a compression test to see if you fucked up your rings or anything while checking your "top speed" pull the plugs and check those as they will tell you a story on what's up with your motor weather ou are rich, lean, detonating etc . . . . just take things a step at a time and write down all the info and keep us all posted. Do not spray anymore until you check your compression.

FINALLY GOT IT SORTED---

i pulled out the zex spark plugs and guess what they were roasted the 3 nibs were bent and full black so i threw them in the bin and put my ngk-r plugs in. my car stopped mis-firing also it didnt struggle any more. so i called a friend and we went for a race first time i raced him i took him off the mark then he shot past me so i got worried i looked at the bottle and it was closed(throwing out no nitrous) so we went again and i made about 12 car gap on him so i was chuffed, same car b16a2.

so i would like to THANK EVERYBODY WHO HELPED ME OUT WHILST I WAS WORRIED thanks very much again

Too bad I didnt catch this post two days ago... I've had my plug electrode break off before giving me poor performance over 7000rpm also. That would always be the first thing I checked in the event of power dropping off or bad misfire at higher RPM's.

I'm not real fond of running more than a 50shot on a stock motor. Considering how you post, it sounds like your motor will find its limits very very soon.

nah, a stock b16 can handle a 65 shot as long as everything is in order beforehand, but "top speed" runs on the highway will get yer *** a fat ticket or some people hurt/killed. better watch that ****!

also when we go out to race its late at night so roads are clear i dnt wanna put anyone elses life in danger also when i mean top speed the stretch that we race on is flat for abt 1/4 mile then rises bcos of that rise we can only get 120 mph in the torque starved b16 anyway i wouldnt risk 140 etc thanks again for your concern

the motor can handle it for a little while, it's not going to last too long. But checking your plugs and changing you oil frequently will prolong the life of your engine.
