Did you buy the car with the turbo installed or buy the car and then install a turbo? Have you gotten it tuned yet? Do you have a wideband sensor or have a gauge to verify your air fuel ratio?

sounds like you just bought someone else's problems, not a wise choice on buying a turbo honda with no ems and your making another wrong move on buying an apexi afc.

take a good picture of your engine bay, post it up on here. perhaps there is an aftermarket map sensor installed on the car.
for a good cheap wide band sensor/display, check out the NGK AFX wideband (google it )
not sure how close this is to you but.. check out http://www.t1racedevelopment.com

if it was a vacum leak, the idle would be higher than normal...
just take your car to a shop, and have them look at it. apparently you arent capable of diagnosing any sort of problem yourself. .

doubt it, factory map sensors are often left on the tb b/c most aftermarket ones won't fit on the same spot. Odds are you have an aftermarket map sensor and one way of finding it is tracing the vacuum lines.
