Help me spend my money
OK guys, I have a 1999 civic si I need to make it fast i have around 9000 to spend and I have about a month and a 1/2 to build it. I need real help here. I want turbo most definatly. So I need info on head/block combinations as well as internals . Hp number and 1/4 times are good. And people who have had a turbo setup that pulls 12 or lower on the track as well asbeing daily driven greatly appreciated . So help

uuh are you boosting the b16 or are you swapping something in?
with 9k... id say you can do alot and definitely break into 12s....
