Default help me setup this BOV

Hey can you guys tell me where to hook up these vacuum lines. I just bought it off of Ebay for like $60 and it came as pictured below..why two points of vacuum? Please explain in terms of blue and red arrows.

one's a vacuum source, the other is a boost

that looks like an older hks bov. it seems like its kinda similar to the greddy type s. it has 2 vaccuum ports, one main vac port and an extra one to help lift the valve. its not necessary to hook up the secondary one, but i guess it wouldnt hurt.

I'm gonna say just hook up manifold vac to the top nipple (red) and leave the side open. I'm confused as to why it came with that T setup though. Those little hose clamps are a nice alternative to zip ties too.
