Default Help me with my Hybrid!

Allright guys, I have been a Honda-Tech member for a quite a while. I have been slowly gathering parts for my turbo hybrid project. Needless to say, I have spent many many hours going over the information on this site and others trying to develop the "perfect" motor for my hatch. (Note: I am posting this under a new username to preserve the "suprise" factor, as I don't want my friends to know anything about the hatch project till it’s DONE!(They haven't even heard about any of this, Or know I bought the hatch!) This is where you all come in. I will list my setup, including notes of parts purchased, and I am looking for feedback from all of you regarding your experiences/ideas.
Car:1994 CX hatch (gutted theft recovery)
Block:B18C1 (Have block not yet sleeved)
Sleeved by golden eagle. bored to 84.5mm. (Should I go o-ring or step-deck?)
B17 Crank. (Have)
Eagle rods. (Have)
Low compression Endyn rollerwaves. (Have)
2000 ITR head. Stock.(have)
OBD1 GSR ECU. (Have)
HondataStage4B with GM 3BAR MAP sensor. (have)
Intake-JG, HP, or??
3” thermal exhaust (have)
Drag gen III Turbo kit or custom?
Injectors RC440’s (Have)
ITR Throttle body. (Have)
ITR Trans. (Have)
Radiator?
Fans?

Any input you have is appreciated!

Why are you using a B17 Crank with a B18C1?

They have Different Stroke Lenghts...If you wanna go all weird on a Crank, get an ITR...That will give you a balanced, counterweighted crank thats identical to teh GSR.

Yeah....but the B17 crank has the sick stroke ratio that is very boost friendly.

If you have the loot, get the JG manifold....if not, get the HP mani with the fuel rail. The SPAL fans are really nice. They flow crazy amounts of CFM too. Definately get the Fluidine dual core radiator. If you dont have the time to piece together a kit....get the drag kit. IF have some time to gather everything together...go custom. And get the block O-ringed.

Boost Friendly, but there goes all your Torque...

Also, you'd hafta get Custom Rods...

The GSR is Girdled, so why would you want to De-Stroke unless you pushing incredible amounts of Boost. I Understand the Premise behind De-Strokign a B20, but Personally, I would rather Girdle it and lower the Rev Limit to around 8k.

Unless your thinking of Revving the GSR to 11k, I wouldn't bother. b18bturbo is running a GSR and he hasn't destroked it...hes making 500+ Horsepower.

*Shrugs*

Turbo2.0:

I'm assuming you're running custom Eagle/Endyn rods with the B17 crank?

Can you tell me what you paid for them?

Please don't tell me to ask Endyn. Just tell me. You can PM me if you don't want to post it.

Thanks
Colby

yeah you would fly through that ITR tranny real quick...much more effective on an LS tranny.

I understand your point, But I got a great deal on the custom rods/pistons/crank(all new), so I can't complain.
Besides, with this setup I will have nearly a 1.8L, that can handle large amounts of boost, at higher RPM, for (hopefully) a longer amount of time!

So It looks like a different trans is in order then...Damn! Anyone want a ITR trans?
Anyone have parts suggestions for the turbo kit?
I have the time/funds to build a custom kit, If that would net me the best performance...
Thanks for the help so far!
