Help me make some decisions
I need some help.. I'm trying to make 650-700 whp out of a ls vtec setup. But I need to know if arp main studs are needed for those power levels?? Also will I be needing a gridle??
I also just picked up some skunk 2 pro 1s but idk if my valve train will be sufficient enough to support.. It has crower valve springs and retainers but idk if it has aftermarket keepers of valves.. I bought the car from my buddie who had the engine built along time ago and never put the car together.. Should I take the head apart too?

Yea I was thinking the same.. The arp mains will probably be a must for sure.. Not sure about the griddle.. And I'll probably replace the keepers because ima be furious if the **** drops a valve and destroys my engine!!
