Default help...leaning out

i have a lsvtec built with pistons and rods spring and retainer running a t3/t4 57 trim garrett turbo i have a walbro that is a few years old and a new fuel filter witgh aem fuel rail and rc 550 injectors on 8 lbs it was running lean anything past 7500 rpms with duty cycle at 114 % i can not figure it out maybe it is my fuel pump or the b and m commando flow fpr modifier...any ideas car made 270 reving to 7500 on 8 pounds

any changes to the car that might have casued this or did it just happen one day? What fuel mani are you using? And @ 114% duty cycle is a little extreme
