Help installing Apexi turbo timer.

Help installing Apexi turbo timer.
Just got an Apexi turbo timer and I need help finding these two wires.
They don't make a harness for my 92 hatch so I have to hard wire it up. I know that the red wire goes to a constant 12v power, but I'm having trouble finding these two wires. Blue says to go to IG2 Output and Green wire says to go to IG1 Output. What/where is the IG2 and IG1 Output? I know that is goes to the Ignition but which? This is going into a 92 civic hatch with the stock d16z/Apexi turbo.
Any help would be great.
