Default help identify manifold

picked up a used ram horn and it has no markings, just trying to figure out who it was made by, and what do you think about the quality. The turbo flange is a little warped, I hit it with my bench top belt sander real quick to see the high spots. Do you think its ok to just go at it with the belt sander or get the flange machined?

you had the same one...same EXACT one......right. to me it doesnt look like "garbage" but whatever.

and the manifold is split at the headflange in 3 places so that it can flex if need be without cracking the runners.
