Is this Manifold Junk?
The guy is selling it for $110 shipped. Its for my mitsu, but theres alot more experience/knowladge than on my mitsu boards.
The flange is Junk, wrong spot, and looks nasty. would have to weld a different flange on in different spot.

Honestly, I think you'd have to try to make something look that bad. Look at the hole on turbo flange... it looks like he used a chisel to make it.

Offer him 75 shipped.
Then spend another ~100 and have the turbo and head flanges decked, then have it coated with cerma-chrome. The cerma-chrome will cover all the imperfections in the metal.
Easily sold on EBay for 250.

I asked if the manifold was junk NOT the flange. thats VERY obvious. to me, the manifold part looks ok, not great, but if had new flange welded on different spot, if the rest looks ok. Looks like he used the OEM exhaust manifold flange and just welded the **** on.
Only shop that makes a manifold for mine it costs $225 plus Shipping. but for half price, I just need ugly one to function. not win car shows.

Re: (jdm_kenji)
i havnt been able to track down the maker. no one probably wants to own up to it. I talked to last 2 owners. all I could get is that it came from somewhere in Puerto Rico. ha. shady?
Does welding the log style stuff onto Factory exhaust flange work? does it crack super easy?
