Default HELP HELP HELP HELP HELP Motor Build up won't start...

Here's what happened:

8 months ago i blew my motor it was a jdm itr swap, custom turbo kit, w/ sc61 hondata s100b

Rings gave out melted pistons and cracked 3rd cylinder sleeve.

Took my motor out and brought it to REDZONE PERFORMANCE
Did an excellent job at building the motor up and was ontime as promised...

Before I explain the problem I am having let me give u the details of the motor so if anyone catches something in the setup you can point it out

Well here's the motor build up spec.
JDM ITR Block

GE Sleeved Block
CP 9.1 81.5mm .20 Pistons
Eagle Rods
AEBS Mainstuds + Headstuds
Manly Valves
Cometic HG
ACL Bearings

IGN Setup
MSD Wires
MSD SS Blaster Coil

Engine Management / Fuel Setup
Hondata S100B Basemap tuned for JDM ITR MOTOR 11.1 Compression
Walbro Fuel Pump Internal Hiflo
440cc Injectors
AEM Fuel Rail/ FPR

Turbo Setup
Fmax Manifold/DP/Intercooler
SC61 Turbo
TIAL WG w/ 11lb srping

Here's details of the problems and what I have attempted so far to fix it

After spending 5 hours, i finally was able to drop my motor back up and hook everything back together. The problem i am encountering right now is that

The motor will turn over but will not start or catch

These are the things i have done to check the symptons

I am getting spark in all 4 spark plug wires b/c i have taken them out to see if there is spark

I am unsure if I am getting fuel:
1. When the bolt for the fuel filter was loose gas was spilling out of the filter when we primed the engine
2. When we took out the spark plugs to check if the plugs were wet and we smelled gas on them
3. FPR setting when it primes (II ign on) is at 50
After 5 seconds when it finishes priming it goes back down to 0
When I crank it it goes to 50 but fluctuates

4. We pulled the fuel rail off the block and primed the engine by turning it to the II ign, no fuel was coming out of the injectors. When I attempted to start the motor fuel was only dripping out in small amount of out the injectors, instead of spraying I was only getting drops.

I checked all fused, everything was fine except for the IGN fuse underneath the dash, I replaced it but yet the motor won't start, it will only turn over but will not catch.

I also checked all the wirings and everything is fine and correct, eveyrthing is grounded also.

Check the dristrubutor, and it was installed correctly also check spark plug order and they are in the correct firing order.
Bottom left = cyl 1
Bottom right = cyl 2
Top Left = cyl 3
Top right = cyl 4

I check battery too and i have more than enough juice to start the car

I DO NOT GET ANY CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS AT ALL

So there are all the things I have attempted to do to solve my problem but no luck.

Anyone else wanna give it a shot and try to help me out?

TIA

first of all, when you prime the fuel system the injectors don't open, if they did they would flood your cylinders. Second thing, is your Hondata map corrected for your 440cc injectors, if you are pushing 50psi of fuel pressure with 440cc injectors and a map that is for stock 240cc injectors I'm not surprised it wont start. Another thing, if it starts and runs very rich it might wash down your rings and they will never seat promptly so be careful.

the base map that i currently have right now was for my old one tuned for a jdm itr 11.1 compression.

The fpr at 50 is stock for itr, what should it now be at then?

Now being that my compression has been dropped, does that mean I have to readjust the fpr can;t i leave it as is temporarily at most i'll be runnning rich whcih is good right?

I do intend to dyno n tune agian but only after i break in the motor.

But will i end up damaging the motor using the old basemap?

mostlikely you will wash the rings out if you do get it to run on that map, you are trying to start a motor on a map that was for some thing totaly diffrent, and you should get it tuned right at first start up so you have the correct a/f ratio and dont mess up your new motor

I had the same problem when I put my motor back in my car, wrong firing order of plug wires. As SOON as I read the post I was going to tell you to check the firing order, because I had great compression and everything else worked, just as you describe.....
