Default help with forced induction

Hi guys I own an accord type-r with an h22a7 engine, STD over here for this type of car and I am thinking about trying forced induction. Basically I need all the info on how 2 and what would be involved in running it on a stock bottom end. Any kits you’s can recommend, what else’s I would need. As much detail as pos, as I have never own a forced induction car so don’t know that much on it. This is still a new thing over here to try and I know you’d guys have been doing it for a few years now. Also what would have less strain on the h22 turbo or s/c. type-r comes with high compression pistons, port and flowed, sports mani (4-2-1), so not much more can be done on the n/a side. Looking to run around 5psi to take me from 212bhp to around 300, any help would be much appreciated thanks
