Default Help!! Falling out of VTEC.....

My turbo LS/VTEC hatch falls out of VTEC sometimes. I've checked all my connections and everything is fine. VTEC will work soemtimes, but not always. The VAFC's VTEC on thing lights up when the car is supposed to be in VTEC, but there's no VTEC. Sometimes the car doesn't go into VTEC at all, other times it'll be fine, then there's sometimes that it'll be in VTEC and kinda fall out of it. It's definitely noticible. Does the VTEC switchover settings have anything to do with it? I have it set to switch over at 4800rpms, and it's a stock '95 GSR ECU.

I jumped the check engine wires and got no codes.

I am running an LS block with GSR oil pan, with LS oil pickup. Does that have anything to do with it?

Could it be that I don't have enough check valves?
