HELP!!! Engine still misfiring!!!
Okay guys...
recently my B18C just underwent a turbo conversion consisting of a TD04L turbo, 3" exhaust, FMIC, larger injectors and the head was decompressed with a plate. Now, the engine is running a EMS stinger ECU. When it was time to get it tuned, it would start misfiring under boost! We've looked at all possibilities such as the spark plugs, changed the coils, played with fuel mixtures, even changed the ECU. The tuners are almost certain it is not an ignition problem, but an electrical problem. The other possible factor is the fuel pump, may have a look at that too! Can anyone else shed some light into this problem!!?? It's driving me bunkers!!!
Cheers!

i recently had the same problem on the dyno with 16 psi, the problem was the gap on my plugs, so closeing the gap to a .24 of an inch fixed the problem, make sure that your gap is right, and what size injectors are you running on your car because my car misfires at idle because of 720cc but your misfiring under boost could be fuel delivery problem, does your new injectores require a resitor box??
Also are you running in closed loop or open loop under boost?
