help between 2 p28chipped...
Not too familiar with chipped ecu's.... but my question is..... i'm going boost. my current setup is stock 97 jdm b18c with a chipped p28 ...
My brother has a boosted sohc vtec eg..... hondata s200 chipped p28.. He's giving me his s200...
need help on which ecu i should go with... his p28 chipped with hondata 450dsm or my p28 chipped for dohc?
if i stick with mine will the tuner beable to just change settings on the chipp or does he have to rechip it? my ecu has allready been wired to be use with hondata i think it been chipped with crome or uberdata
if i go with the sohc p28 chipped can he just change the settings on the current chip to be used for dohc and 550's since its tune for sohc and 450dsm?.....

Yes you can use the sohc cam S200 P28 and just have it reprogramed. I had a similar case with a SOHC S200b they just redo the settings and reburn the chip..
