Default help with bearings during piston ring install!! pics inside

i bought this rebuilt block from import builders but i was running lean and the pistons rings got screwed up so i pulled them out to rehone and install new rings. when i pulled the crank, i noticed some of the crank journals was worn slightly.i can feel it slightly with my finger. if i have the crank polished and smoothed out can i reuse the bearings with 500mi on them. will the polishing of the crank screw up my clearances enough to make me have to buy different bearings?here's some pics. i'd appreciate your feedback guys.

If you polish the crank, you need new bearings. I don't recommend reassembling it as is, but you can. Definatley no reason to polish the crank and not replace the bearings. Either all or none!

Don't use the old rod berrings you will be sorry. I did the same thing and 6weeks later a rod started knocking new rod,and new crank cost me about 1200.00 to fix .
buy new rod berrings.

Hard to tell from your pix but it looks like your crank is ok. Polishing it won't screw up your clearance as those bearings do not look like genuine Honda anyway so they would not have been clearanced by IB to start with. Bearing wear looks pretty normal.

I also posted in your other thread, ya.. buy new bearings. obviousy plastiguage is your friend in this situation, be sure. also get that crank checked out as i said in the other thread, those bearings are worn in a bad way. Reusing rod or main bearings in ANY motor no matter how much you don't care about it is just asking for it.
